Directions

Bring these incredible herbs alive by infusing a heaped teaspoon in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy warm or over ice for a glow-from-within boost to your day.

This tea may also be used as a herbal facial steam bath. Add one teaspoon to a bowl of steaming hot water. Steam for 10 minutes. Caution needed.

Uplifting!

This tea is refreshing, lightly floral and left me feeling energised. A lovely pick-me-up especially in the mid-afternoon.

A first for me!

As a 45 year old man who works in construction, having a facial steam isn’t something that’s often on my To-Do list, but being the adventurous fellow that I am, I followed the instructions on the back of the radiant aura blend - and am glad I did!
