Wild Tae Big Jack — a genuinely good everyday black tea
I've been drinking the Big Jack blend for a while now and it has become my default cup. It's refreshing in a way a lot of black teas aren't — clean and brisk rather than heavy, so it doesn't sit on the palate.
The balance is what stands out. Nothing dominates: no harsh tannin, no flat stretch in the middle, just a well-rounded cup that holds up equally well with or without milk.
It also suits any time of day. Strong enough first thing in the morning, easy enough mid-afternoon, and still pleasant after dinner. That versatility is rarer than it should be.
